6th Street Rendezvous is the story of the Hyperdrive Kittens early days. This deep cut feat. Lee Nails (RIP) had to be included on The Meow Factor as it was one of the last unfinished works of the Kittens leader. Completed from a lost demo tape and now released post-humously, the song features Lee and Jenene on vocals, Lee on most or all of the stringed instruments and Tom Falletti on drums. The track was resurrected and completed at Hillside Recorders, then mastered by East Bay Ray (Dead Kennedys) to melt purrrrfectly in as the fourth track for The Meow Factor. We miss you--Rock On, Lee!
